I bring over 23 years of experience in bodywork to your home, workplace or event space. I offer mobile Therapeutic Massage and Sound Healing in Berlin. I am dedicated to promoting balance, healing, and restoration through the art of bodywork and sound with tuning forks and other sound healing tools. These mediums may be provided as stand alone treatments or combined together for a variety of purposes. The ultimate goal is a deep experience of relaxation and release, the key lying in the regulation of the nervous system. I believe that giving someone your mindful presence and individually tailored attention is paramount.
REMEDIAL & SPORTS MASSAGE
MASSAGE WITH TUNING FORKS & SOUND HEALING
Tailoring each treatment to address specific musculoskeletal issues, providing relief from pain and tension with the goal of restoring function and mobility. May utilise Orthapedic type function assessment, Deep tissue massage techniques, trigger points, Myo-fascial release, mobilisation, Muscle Energy Technique (MET)/ PNF, cupping, Gua Sha, stretching, thermal therapies and corrective exercise.
